If you have purchased your FP Product from another retailer other than FPCORE.COM, we will not be able to replace the item or parts for that item. We simply log the info and forward it to the manufacturer so they can gage the types of qc issues and what they may need to improve production runs. The fastest way to resolve your immediate issue is always to contact the retailer you purchased your item from.
